Central to everything. Easy to find, lovely clean room. Positive: Great location, lovely clean room with everything you needed. Negative: The bed is very small and against the wall on one side.

Fantastic. Brilliant contactless entry and exit. Positive: Very nice and modern room. definitely recommend other for a stay. Good location in east Lancashire. Great view of the hills. Negative: It was very nice.

Lovely stay, beautiful place, great location. A bit on the small side. Positive: It is very beautifully done & very stylish. Great location for the area. The whole place was absolutely spotless (& I am a bit of clean freak so this was perfect) Negative: It is more a room than a suite - on the small size with a small double bed that was too small for 2 adults. The kitchen is lovely but not needed. A light in the yard where the key box is would be advised.

Expensive for small “double” studio and v poor customer service Positive: Kitchen was well equipped. Negative: The room is part of a building of flatlets, not a hotel or accommodation with any staff present. Room was way too small to be called a double. Designer 6ft high bed headboard fell off the wall Bedhead right by the door. Access to key lockbox in the evening was dark, slippery and through a myriad of bins. Key got stuck in the front door every time I used it - called helpline but no apology or solution offered. Really irritating. Access to room is through an App and keypad, but no instructions on how to lock it up. Helpline was again not customer-service focussed.
